Gli edifici sono realizzati in KLH® – CLT, che rimane visibile all’interno. La costruzione è caratterizzata da isolamento in fibra di legno e telaio di larice grezzo. I materiali in legno dominano anche l’interno, come pavimenti, finestre e pareti portanti.
