Project Info
The central building material of the residential center is the KLH® – CLT construction, which simultaneously serves as a load-bearing structure and a design element. The industrially prefabricated timber elements enable a significantly shorter construction time and reduce both construction noise and waste on the building site. The deliberate use of KLH® – CLT not only gives the building its structural stability, but also an unmistakable aesthetic quality – characterised by warmth, openness and humanity.
