Project Info

An innovative, nine-storey residential building with 38 flats that uses sustainable solid timber construction. Load-bearing walls, ceilings and floors are made of KLH® – CLT, which significantly reduces the project’s carbon footprint and maximises the use of renewable raw materials. The timber structure is complemented by high energy efficiency, including an air-to-water heat pump, thermal solar panels and bio-based insulation materials. The building blends harmoniously into the green surroundings of Laure-Albin-Guillot-Platz and sets new standards for environmentally friendly construction.
